Recipes from Rosa's Cookbook

Since my memoirs were published I have been asked by many of my readers to share my special recipes.   They, like l’Inglese, want to know how to make the glorious Sicilian foods: the Sfincione and the Panelle.

Instead of running my farm, I have been spending my time copying out the directions.  Then I had an amazingly good idea: I thought, why not turn the recipes into a book too, so that everyone can share my secrets of the Sicilian kitchen?   

And so here are some sample recipes from Rosa Fiore’s La Cucina cookbook, complete with helpful tips on how to deal with Life’s difficult situations by turning to the stove.
